Key Responsibilities
- Lead long-term strategic planning processes and annual strategic planning, including functional strategies and deep dives into focus areas.
- Serve as project leader for complex cross-functional initiatives, managing workplans and teams from diagnosis to implementation.
- Support key executive leadership team (ELT) operating rhythms, including planning and execution of leadership meetings, agendas, and materials.
