Senior Product Manager, AI/ML Platform Products at GSK

This role is central to establishing a unified, scalable, and governed enterprise approach to AI/ML within GSK's R&D division. The Senior Product Manager will lead the strategy and delivery of AI/ML platform products, which are the core infrastructure powering AI/ML model training and deployment across the organization. The goal is to ensure that R&D teams can efficiently build, evaluate, and operationalize models, thereby accelerating drug discovery and development. This position is part of the Onyx Research Data Tech organization, a significant investment by GSK R&D and Digital & Tech, aimed at revolutionizing the company's ability to leverage data, knowledge, and prediction for new medicines. The role involves partnering with R&D stakeholders and leadership to develop a strategic roadmap for customer-facing aspects of the Onyx platform. This includes data assets, ontology, Knowledge Graph/semantic search, data/computing/analysis platforms, and data-powered applications. The ultimate aim is to build a next-generation data experience for GSK's scientists, engineers, and decision-makers, increasing productivity and reducing time spent on data mechanics.
