Analyst, Portfolio Management - Leveraged & Structured Corporate Finance at ING Americas

This role involves in-depth analysis of leveraged and structured corporate finance transactions. As an Analyst, you will support senior team members in managing and monitoring a portfolio of complex financial products. Your responsibilities will include conducting due diligence, financial modeling, risk assessment, and preparing reports for internal stakeholders and clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions within the leveraged and structured finance space. The position requires a strong understanding of corporate finance principles, financial markets, and various debt instruments. You will be involved in the entire lifecycle of a deal, from origination and structuring to ongoing portfolio management. This includes analyzing creditworthiness, evaluating collateral, and assessing market risks associated with leveraged and structured transactions.
