As a Solutions Engineer at Stott and May, you will act as a technical advisor and trusted partner to clients, understanding their business challenges and mapping them to Stott and May's technology solutions. You will bridge the gap between technical and business requirements, designing and presenting solutions that address client needs. This role involves deep technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a consultative approach to pre-sales and post-sales activities, ensuring successful implementation and client satisfaction. You will work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure that proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with the client's strategic goals. Your responsibilities will include conducting technical discovery sessions, building and delivering compelling product demonstrations, developing proof-of-concepts, and responding to technical inquiries. You will also play a key role in gathering customer feedback to influence product development and staying abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies.
