Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments in partnership with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to identify critical leadership capabilities and development gaps.
- Design, develop, and implement innovative, scalable, and impactful leadership development programs, workshops, and learning experiences.
- Align development programs with Docusign's values and strategic priorities, utilizing formal training, experiential learning, coaching, mentoring, peer learning networks, and simulations.
