Director, Communication, Global One M&M’S at Mars

This role is pivotal in managing and enhancing the global communication strategy for the iconic M&M'S brand, a significant strategic asset within Mars. The Director will be responsible for developing and executing both internal and external communication plans to engage associates and consumers worldwide. This involves bringing the M&M'S purpose and culture to life, building the brand from the inside out, and managing its presence across a broad ecosystem of products and experiences in over 100 markets. The position requires a leader with strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a matrixed, multi-stakeholder global environment. The ultimate goal is to maintain and build upon the existing consumer and associate love for the M&M'S brand.
