This role requires a strategic approach to learning and development, leveraging various methodologies such as online learning, coaching, mentoring, and stretch assignments. The Senior Talent Development Manager will facilitate workshops, lead development initiatives, and manage relationships with external training consultants. A key aspect of the role is ensuring a positive employee experience within leadership development initiatives and supporting DEI partners in designing tailored developmental workshops. Evaluation of program effectiveness and management of the internal LMS system are also critical components.
