Corporate Counsel at Outreach

As Corporate Counsel at Outreach, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's growth by managing a wide range of legal matters. This includes drafting, negotiating, and reviewing various commercial agreements such as SaaS agreements, NDAs, data processing agreements, and vendor contracts. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product, and engineering, to gather feedback, ensure compliance, and drive efficiency in legal processes. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who can provide strategic and practical legal advice, balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced startup environment. Your responsibilities will extend to enforcing contract policies, assisting in the updating of document templates, and partnering with cross-functional teams on compliance, governance, and risk management initiatives. You will be instrumental in ensuring that Outreach's business operations are conducted in alignment with legal standards and company policies, while also contributing to the development and implementation of internal legal procedures.
