Solutions Engineer at Rain

As a Solutions Engineer at Rain, you will be a key technical liaison between product, engineering, and business teams. This is a hybrid role that requires a blend of deep technical expertise and strong customer-facing communication skills. You will be responsible for understanding client technical requirements, designing end-to-end solutions, creating integration plans, and providing hands-on guidance during implementation. You will also troubleshoot technical issues, advocate for best practices in security and compliance, and contribute customer insights to influence product roadmaps.
